Now use your fabric glue to glue the bottom edge of the ribbon to the curtain; remember to keep it straight. Next fold the extra on the sides of the ribbon over and glue them to the curtain as well. Now add a few drops of glue to the top of the ribbon in four inch intervals and attach it to the curtain. This will create little pockets.
